A Few Words About Us

Here at the Mummy Movement, our aim is to provide an effective and fun workout with your child.

Based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, we hold regular, weekly fitness classes that will help you get back in shape, improving your physical and mental wellbeing, without sacrificing quality time with your little ones.

Come along and discover a great way to exercise with your children. Rehabilitate your body after birth using the little ones as added weight to intensify each exercise, building up your fitness and strengthening your core, making you feel you again.
